Booking | as soon as you have booked you vacation “on request”, pepservice deluxe will check the availability of your requested service. We will inform you via email if your reservation is confirmed or not.

With your booking, we kindly like to ask you to provide us with a copy of your tourist identification card or a confirmation from your employer. You can either fax or email the same.

When we receive a positive Feedback from the service provider we will send you the booking confirmation and invoice via email. From that moment your booking will be fix.

If the service can not be confirmed to the requested travel dates, we will inform you about the same as well and if possible offer an alternative (period or service).

Price |all prices may vary due to saison or high occupancy of the hotel. This may influence the endprice.

Payment | 100% of the payment for a fixed booking with the status “CONFIRMED” will be due immediately.

After we have received your payment we will send out all necessary information concerning your booking as well as the travel documents with reservation number in a PDF-Format to the email address given to pepservice deluxe.

In case you do not have an ACROBAT Reader you will receive an email with your travel confirmation that includes a link where you can find a free download of the ACROBAT Reader. Simply download and install the ACROBAT Reader and you can open your travel documents without any problem.

We kindly like to ask you to mention your reservation number, name of the booker and the requesting changes. Your email will be answered as soon as possible. In regards to our cancellation and booking changing policies please see our terms and conditions.

Option bookings | are not offered by our service provider.

Insurance | We are happy to of offer you a travel cancelation expenses insurance or whole insurance packages. Both are offered on special rates. While booking your vacation, insurances will be offered to you automatically. You only need to choose the suitable and book it directly.

An insurance service may also be booked until 14 days after your reservation (as long as there are 4 weeks in between the date of the booking and that travel date). Simply send us an email with the reservation number, name of the booker and the person/persons that shall be included in the insurance policy.

Pass-, Visa-, health and entry regulations |It is the responsibility of the traveler to procure the necessary immunizations and Visas as mentioned in the entry and health regulations of each country. The newest information can be found at tropical institutes or the embassy web sites of the certain country. Travelers have to take care that all personal information (name, data of the passport etc.) made during the booking process are correct.
